操作简单
TraceMaster以其*的RF连接大大提高了野外搜寻的效率。通过此连接可以在接收机上改变频率、监视电池的使用,而无须返回到发射机。此设计通过不发射不需要的频率节省了发射机的电池寿命。

信号强度和深度识别
TraceMaster峰值传感器的信号强度以2位数字形式显示在LCD显示器上,用于指示音量强度的升高或降低。信号越强,声音强度越高。另外,峰值和零值传感器的组合信号用于识别目标物是在仪器的左边还是右边。当仪器正好在目标物的正上方时,两个箭头都闪。只有当两个箭头都闪烁时,才可以测量深度。这一特性提高了深度测量的可靠性。按住测深键(Depth),深度数值就会显示在LCD显示器上。

系统描述
可以在被动,575Hz,8kHz,82kHz和455kHz操作频率之间选择。通过RF连接所选频率会自动发送给发射机。在被动模式(Passive)下,发射机会关闭输出,接收机用于搜寻50/60 Hz的信号。在所有的操作频率下,信号强度读数指示峰值传感器信号。除了在455 kHz时(基于单峰值传感器),在其它所有的频率下,都有左右箭头指示并能进行深度测量。用575 Hz可追踪良性导体很长距离,而不会感应到临近的导体上。对于中长距离的不良导体,8 kHz是一种理想的通用频率,因为它感应其它导体的可能性zui小。82 kHz适合于短距离管线,特别是它能够跳过非传导性衬垫。455 kHz可以非常容易的感应到临近导体,是通过"盲查模式"在某区域内搜寻未知目标物的*方法。这些功能均不需要配备"附加仪器"。

The vLocML is a multi-purpose locator with a factory installed option to locate the various buried “markers" used in our industry. The unit is recognizable by the carbon fiber collar near the base of the antenna tube. Other manufacturers use clumsy fold down antennas, or heavy internal ferrite antennas. The best solution is a permanently mounted lightweight carbon fiber encased antenna.

The vLocML provides the choice of locating one type of marker only, or all markers simultaneously. One can also choose to look only for markers, or locate and search for markers at the same time.

The locator display indicates the marker type it is identified by both an ICON and a number - the response is indicated by a large circular ball.

一. 概述
    C-扫描(C-SCAN)埋地管线检测系统是*的埋地管线防腐层检测、阴极保护检测、管线立体定位系统。
    电流衰减原理:加在管线某点上937.5Hz恒流波动电流,沿防腐层正常的管线向远处传递,由于对大地的电流泄漏而产生衰减,其衰减量和电流沿管线传播距离的关系是对数关系。
    信号探测器的多组阵列天线,通过对地面场强的测量,间接测量管线波动电流强度。
    利用测得的电流衰减数据,就可以对外防腐层的绝缘状况进行评价和找寻破损点的位置。

    信号发生器电流设置好后,如遇到环境干扰,其内部计算机将自动调节电压以保证电流值不变。这一特性使系统抗*力大大增强。
1. 其它同类的探测器zui多只有两根天线,而C扫描的探测器却有六根天线,这大大提高了系统的灵敏度。并且,由于六根天线呈垂直分布,探测精度不受探测器与管道的相对姿态影响,这进一步提高了检测精度。
2. 城市管道的检测,经常遇到诸如高压电信号的干扰,C扫描具有自动识别假信号并即时提示的功能。
3. 某些管道的防腐层破损点会被环境屏蔽起来,但C扫描可解决这一难题。

The TraceMaster was designed by industry leaders with recommendations from some of the biggest names in the industry. The receiver operates with only two buttons and two knobs with minimum training.

The TraceMaster offers you more productivity in the field with our exclusive RF link. Use this link to change frequencies and monitor battery usage from the receiver without having to return to the transmitter. This design saves battery life in the transmitter by not transmitting unnecessary frequencies.


System Description

Select between Passive, 575 Hz, 8 kHz, 82 kHz and 455 kHz operating frequencies. The selection is automatically communicated to the transmitter via the RF link. In the Passive mode the transmitter shuts down its output and the receiver searches for 50/60 Hz signals. The signal strength readout indicates the peak sensor signal at all operating frequencies. The left and right arrows, as well as the depth measurement are also available at all frequencies, with the exception of 455 kHz, which is based on a single peak sensor. Use the 575 Hz to trace good conductors for long distances without "bleeding" to adjacent utilities. The 8 kHz provides an ideal general-purpose frequency for medium to long distances in poorer conductors, with minimal bleeding. The 82 kHz is appropriate for shorter runs on pipes, especially if it is necessary to jump non-conductive gaskets. The 455 kHz will bleed easily to adjacent utilities, thus providing an excellent "sweep mode" for checking an area with unknown targets. There is no need to carry "additional instruments".

System Description

Select between Passive, 575 Hz, 8 kHz, 82 kHz and 455 kHz operating frequencies. The selection is automatically communicated to the transmitter via the RF link. In the Passive mode the transmitter shuts down its output and the receiver searches for 50/60 Hz signals. The signal strength readout indicates the peak sensor signal at all operating frequencies. The left and right arrows, as well as the depth measurement are also available at all frequencies, with the exception of 455 kHz, which is based on a single peak sensor. Use the 575 Hz to trace good conductors for long distances without "bleeding" to adjacent utilities. The 8 kHz provides an ideal general-purpose frequency for medium to long distances in poorer conductors, with minimal bleeding. The 82 kHz is appropriate for shorter runs on pipes, especially if it is necessary to jump non-conductive gaskets. The 455 kHz will bleed easily to adjacent utilities, thus providing an excellent "sweep mode" for checking an area with unknown targets. There is no need to carry "additional instruments".

The MAC-51Bx was discontinued by Schonstedt and is no longer available for purchase. This is a great tool as it handled dual-purpose functions. It was a Pipe/Cable Locator and a Magnetic Locator. If you're looking for a Pipe/Cable Locator and a Magnetic Locator we suggest that you purchase the XTpc and the GA-52 separay. While suggesting buying two tools instead of one was not the goal of the manufacturer, manufacturing the MAC-51Bx was not the direction they decided to take.

The MAC-51Bx is the most cost-effective, all-purpose locating system on the market. It consists of a magnetic locator, similar to the most popular GA-52Cx model, and a null-over-target pipe and cable locator capable of locating on two frequencies: 571Hz and 82.5kHz.

In the LO and HI modes, the receivers audio signal provides a sharp null when its tip is directly over the target. In the MAG mode (no transmitter required) the audio signal peaks when the receiver's tip is over the target. You can trace the 571 Hz LF signal conductively applied to any continuous metal conductor up to 4000 feet.

The receiver's on-the-fly mode-changing feature lets you locate a complete break using the LO mode, and then continue on to trace beyond the break in the HI mode, or trace a metal pipe joined with non-conductive gaskets.

The MAC-51Bx by simultaneously transmitting 82.5 kHz (HF) and 571 Hz (LF) signals lets you select and compare received audio signals from both frequencies along with magnetic information without having to return to the transmitter.

Transmitter Inductive Mode (HF only)
Induction is achieved by placing the transmitter over the target cable/pipe or by using the optional Inductive Signal Clamp. It's the easiest and quickest way to applying a trace signal that is strong enough for tracing most lines. The trace signal generates an alternating magnetic field around the cable which induces a signal into the receiver's cable sensor. A sharp null in the audio signal between the two peaks occurs when the receiver's tip is directly over the cable.

Transmitter Conductive Mode
If an exposed section of a target gas or water pipe is accessible, conductive coupling is the most reliable method for applying the trace signal. This mode has to be used to apply both HF and LF frequencies so that you can use all three features on-the-fly. Providing a good electrical contact between the clip and the conductive portion of the target line by removing rust or paint before attaching the clip is very important.

Magnetic Locating Mode
Only the MAC-51Bx receiver is required when operating in the magnetic mode. Just set the Mode switch to MAG, the Gain control to mid-range, and you're ready to locate underground ferrous pipes, water meters, water valves, and property markers - or anything that has a magnetic field including the 50/60Hz electro-magnetic field generated by energized power lines.

System Description

Select between Passive, 575 Hz, 8 kHz, 82 kHz and 455 kHz operating frequencies. The selection is automatically communicated to the transmitter via the RF link. In the Passive mode the transmitter shuts down its output and the receiver searches for 50/60 Hz signals. The signal strength readout indicates the peak sensor signal at all operating frequencies. The left and right arrows, as well as the depth measurement are also available at all frequencies, with the exception of 455 kHz, which is based on a single peak sensor. Use the 575 Hz to trace good conductors for long distances without "bleeding" to adjacent utilities. The 8 kHz provides an ideal general-purpose frequency for medium to long distances in poorer conductors, with minimal bleeding. The 82 kHz is appropriate for shorter runs on pipes, especially if it is necessary to jump non-conductive gaskets. The 455 kHz will bleed easily to adjacent utilities, thus providing an excellent "sweep mode" for checking an area with unknown targets. There is no need to carry "additional instruments".

If you're looking for a Pipe/Cable Locator and a Magnetic Locator we suggest that you purchase the XTpc and the GA-52 separay. While suggesting buying two tools instead of one was not the goal of the manufacturer, manufacturing the MAC-51Bx was not the direction they decided to take.

The MAC-51Bx is the most cost-effective, all-purpose locating system on the market. It consists of a magnetic locator, similar to the most popular GA-52Cx model, and a null-over-target pipe and cable locator capable of locating on two frequencies: 571Hz and 82.5kHz.

In the LO and HI modes, the receivers audio signal provides a sharp null when its tip is directly over the target. In the MAG mode (no transmitter required) the audio signal peaks when the receiver's tip is over the target. You can trace the 571 Hz LF signal conductively applied to any continuous metal conductor up to 4000 feet.

The receiver's on-the-fly mode-changing feature lets you locate a complete break using the LO mode, and then continue on to trace beyond the break in the HI mode, or trace a metal pipe joined with non-conductive gaskets.

The MAC-51Bx by simultaneously transmitting 82.5 kHz (HF) and 571 Hz (LF) signals lets you select and compare received audio signals from both frequencies along with magnetic information without having to return to the transmitter.

Transmitter Inductive Mode (HF only)
Induction is achieved by placing the transmitter over the target cable/pipe or by using the optional Inductive Signal Clamp. It's the easiest and quickest way to applying a trace signal that is strong enough for tracing most lines. The trace signal generates an alternating magnetic field around the cable which induces a signal into the receiver's cable sensor. A sharp null in the audio signal between the two peaks occurs when the receiver's tip is directly over the cable.

Transmitter Conductive Mode
If an exposed section of a target gas or water pipe is accessible, conductive coupling is the most reliable method for applying the trace signal. This mode has to be used to apply both HF and LF frequencies so that you can use all three features on-the-fly. Providing a good electrical contact between the clip and the conductive portion of the target line by removing rust or paint before attaching the clip is very important.

Magnetic Locating Mode
Only the MAC-51Bx receiver is required when operating in the magnetic mode. Just set the Mode switch to MAG, the Gain control to mid-range, and you're ready to locate underground ferrous pipes, water meters, water valves, and property markers - or anything that has a magnetic field including the 50/60Hz electro-magnetic field generated by energized power lines.

PVC塑料水管因其不易腐蚀,埋设方便和价格低廉,在供水管网中的使用愈益广泛,随之而来,对塑料管道的追踪和定位成为探测技术的新课题,RD500塑料管道探测仪以全新的震动法开创了塑料管道探测技术的先河。RD500塑料管道探测仪由RD500接收机和齐斯奥(Trans Onde)发射机组成,发射机在消防栓、水表座和水上给塑料管道施加一个具有特色的压力波信号,接收机中的地震波传感器接收该信号,从而为塑料管道路由进行定位,RD500接收机的表头和耳机分别给出可视和音频指示。

定位精度:深度的5%(埋深2米时)。

发射机产生的压力波在一般情况下不超过常规供水管道标称压力。

为避免发生事故,RD500工作时间不要大于30分钟。 

发射机在建筑物15米范围内的水上施加压力信号时,必须用蛇形管减震器,防止对建筑物产生不良影响。

测试原理:


对电力电缆阻性故障进行测试的基本方法是*的。通过对故障电缆施加高压脉冲,在故障点处产生击穿,击穿点放电的同时对外产生电磁波同时发出声音。脉冲探测装置检测其故障点的电磁及声音信号即可以对故障点定位。


基本说明:


       DAD采用了一种新型的故障定位方法,即根据声音传播的速度确定故障点的方位。DAD主要用于电缆故障的检测,可以和任意牌号的脉冲发生器配合使用。本公司*与国产0---35KV或0---30KV脉冲发生器配合使用。


该装置可以检测到沿电缆从震动源向故障点行进的脉冲。电压脉冲沿电缆传播‘震动’信号,并在测量计上显示传播的路径。震动除产生电压脉冲外,同时也发出向四周扩散的电磁波。电磁波伴随电压每经过一次,电磁信号就被放大并显示一次。       鉴于AT设计的高效能,该装置可以探测到地下25英尺(7.62m)电缆上的脉冲信号,性能优于同类型的其它检测器。


设备中使用了AT公司开发的超高速时钟回波电路,震动的声音在故障点消失的信号将在不同的时间,被安置在电缆走向不同位置上的两个传声器分别检测到。对声音信号到达的时间作微分,通过下述的方法确定故障的方位:首先在听到震动的声音前将一个传声器投入使用;然后将两个传声器分开放置在电缆走向的不同位置。*个检测到震动信号的传声器在触发设备的同时,还将关闭另一个传声器的输入。此时,逻辑偏转表的指针将从中心处的零点向传送信号的传声器偏转,由此可以得到故障的方位。


    整套DAD定向音频探测仪系统包括以下部件,如上图所示:

单向探测,加快探查故障的速度


       故障探测是单向进行的。不同于其它公司的产品,AT的系统可以沿电缆的走向,在任意的方向下进行探测。该功能允许检测人员使用车辆进行故障位置的预定位。由于该系统可以对探测信号进行*的放大,且天线探头是单向的,所以只要在汽车沿电缆缓慢行进的过程中,将探头挂在窗外,就可以有效的探测到所需的信号。震动输出的大部分能量会在故障点丢失,所以一旦经过了故障点,很短的距离内检测到的信号就会大大的减小,由此就可以迅速的确定故障的大致位置。


能够*区分背景噪音和故障点处电脉冲放电的声频震动


当冲击脉冲检测仪检测到故障点处的声频震动时声音检测仪和冲击脉冲计都有指示。当声音检测仪探测到了声音信号,而冲击脉冲计上无信号的话,则该音频信号来自于背景噪声。


AT公司的检测系统的另一大特色是可以在“Y"形分支处进行故障的定位。震动的电压波信号将传播到故障所在位置。如果所有的端点都有良好的绝缘,则将在故障所在分支上检测到zui强的冲击脉冲。


经过故障点时信号的变化


       在故障点前方逻辑指针指向故障,直到经过故障点表针反向偏转。此时需要进行反向的搜索。当发现检测到的声音信号幅值在较大的区域内都保持*时,就可以采用类似坡度检测中使用的作图方法,对故障点进行精确定位。DAD结合逻辑偏转指针,指明了故障方位,冲击脉冲仪检测了电磁波,两者都大大加快了故障定位的进程。

仪器功能包括DAD所有现有的功能。


仪器能够自动实现电磁脉冲故障定位,发光二极管指示器显示故障方位,还有故障中心指示,使能够在黑暗中也能“看见"电磁脉冲波及其方向。冲击式脉冲信号现在以易读的线条图形的形式出现,让你不管白天黑夜都能轻松读图。


S-D.A.D.*地提高了脉冲器的性能,这就简化、加速了故障定位。超级方位声波检测器传送更多故障位置的信息。超级方位声波检测器提供了一个黄色条形图发光二极管来指示电磁脉冲波的冲击式脉冲,而不是使用表盘式指示器。这使得即使是在黑暗中读取也十分方便快捷。


故障方向和故障中心通过黄色和绿色的发光二极管指示。共有三种测量模式可供选择:

MOM测磁故障定位仪  

    MOM用于电缆故障的预定位,操作人员仅需监测’震动’发出的磁信号,就可大致的确定故障的位置。它无疑是一种低成本的故障监测仪。


        沿地下电缆走向边走边看,信号突然减小的地方就是发生故障的大致位置。


         轻巧的仪表可以挂在脖子上,以单手操作;单按钮完成所有操作。


        同一方法可以完成多种故障的定位,尤其适用于闹市区的电网系统。


从提高故障定位的方便性和降低成本方面看,MOM都是该领域的一个突破。操作者可以把它挂在的脖子上,在沿电缆走向行进的过程中单手进行操作,迅速找到故障的大致位置。


当靠近故障位置时,检测人员可以通过LED显示的脉冲波形,明显的看到震动所发出的电磁信号。信号幅值降低,则表明检测员已经经过故障点。可以通过单按钮调整LED的亮度,方便夜间观测。大部分故障的位置仅由MOM就可以确定。各种地形条件下故障的精确位置的确定,可以由定向声波探测仪(D.A.D)完成。M.O.M在闹市地带电力系统故障位置的确定中尤其高效。检测员可以在沿电缆行进的过程中迅速准确的确定故障位置。

Remote Frequency Control
The TraceMaster II is the first pipe and cable locator on the market to offer a Remote Link between the transmitter and the receiver units. This is accomplished through a radio frequency (RF) two-way communications channel, and makes it possible to change the transmitter frequency from the receiver up to 1500 feet away.


Versatile
With four classes of frequencies, the TraceMaster is the most versatile locator on the market. The low range frequency is the best choice for tracing over long cable lines. Medium range frequencies are generally the most useful range for location. If the signal is weak during the beginning of a trace, you can switch to a higher range frequency. Very high range frequencies are good for rapidly sweeping for all utilities in a congested area.


Easy to Use
The TraceMaster II features simple operation with only two buttons and two knobs.
No transmitter settings are required. In addition, the receiver has the ability to operate in manual or automatic gain modes.

The receiver's LCD panel is uncomplicated and intuitive. The information display is large and easy to understand, while including everything required to monitor the transmitter remoy.
